Grapes, cherries, strawberries, apricot halves – or even nuts. 100g plain dessert chocolate, 100g caster sugar, 50ml single cream, pinch cream of tartar, oil. Heat sugar, cream, cream of tartar, stirring, then bring to boil and continue until mixture is golden brown. Melt chocolate. Dip one half fruit in caramel and other side in chocolate. Place on oiled tray to set. Take to bed with a bottle of champagne and expect a sweet sensation.
